Grandmother Of Missing Three Year Old Has Charges Filed

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has filed charges against the grandmother of a missing, and endangered child out of Greene County. The TBI tells us Belinda Wilson is now charged with Custodial Interference and Child Neglect and Endangerment. Three year old Zella Linklater was last seen Thanksgiving Day in the area of Bumblebee Lane in Chuckey wearing a red dress and snow boots. The child is a white female standing three feet six inches tall and weighing 50 pounds. If you have any information of Zella Linklater you’re asked to contact the Greene County Sheriffs Department.
