Carter County Schools: Little Milligan Elementary to move to fully virtual learning this week due to COVID-19

Carter County’s Director of Schools says Little Milligan Elementary School will operate in a 100% virtual format this week due to COVID-19 issues.

Dr. Tracey McAbee said in a press release to families and students that COVID cases have been detected on Little Milligan’s basketball team, teachers, administration, and students, prompting the decision to move the school to complete remote instruction from Nov. 30- Dec. 4.

McAbee says this is the only school in the system to make any kind of operational change, as all other schools will operate on a hybrid format.
