UPDATE: Third Cash Hollow Rd shooting suspect receives eight year prison sentence on aggravated robbery, assault charges
A third suspect charged in a 2019 fatal shooting incident in Washington County, TN will spend the next eight years in prison.
Court officials say Dylan Childress pled guilty to aggravated assault and aggravated robbery on Tuesday. He was one of six individuals charged in the case which was the result of the death of Charles Shelton, who was shot and killed by Brandon Miller following a fight at a home on Cash Hollow Road.
Childress, Miller, and Summer Bentley have all pleaded guilty to certain charges in the case, while Hailey McDonald and Allyson Abram still have their charge of aggravated robbery pending in Criminal Court.
Jason Hargrove had his aggravated robbery charged dismissed by a judge according to online records.
