Tennessee man sent to prison in Virginia for 6 years for possessing child porn
A Tennessee man who was previously charged for possessing child porn while a resident of Wise County, Virginia will spend six years in prison.
Andrew Michael Hensley, 28, of Camden, pleaded guilty in August and received his sentence in Circuit Court where a judge suspended 63 of a 69-year term.
Hensley was originally charged with 65 felonies, all child porn-related. That was the result of a 2018 investigation where officers confiscated several electronic items from his home, according to Commonwealth’s Attorney Chuck Slemp.
