UPDATE: Carter County Schools to return to 100% face-to-face learning starting Feb. 3

Carter County Schools are set to head back to 100% face-to-face learning four days a week beginning next Wednesday.

Director of Schools Tracey McAbee announced to families that the district plans to go back on Monday through Thurdsay and use Friday as a virtual learning and deep cleaning day throughout the month of February.

This plan will start next Wednesday, as Feb. 1 and 2 will be virtual due to the system vaccinating faculty and staff.
