ECS: Students in grades 6-12 heading back to four day in-person instruction on Feb. 4

More Elizabethton City School students will get their chance to head back to face-to-face learning next week.

An update from school officials say all students in grade 6-12 will join their lower grade classmates in going back to in-person instruction four days per week with Wednesdays virtual, which will start next Thursday Feb. 4.

The school system will also go virtual for two days next week on Tuesday and Wednesday as a large number of school staff will be receiving their second COVID-19 vaccine dose.
