Emory & Henry College placing caps on attendance for spring sporting events
Emory & Henry College Athletics has released guidelines for spring sports attendance at stadiums on campus including a cap of 1,000 general admission tickets for football games at Fred Selfe Stadium.
Those tickets will be distributed following allocations for players’ families and students. Two entrances will also be employed to meet Virginia health safety guidelines with students allowed to enter near the Martin-Brock Student Center and all other spectators allowed to use the sideline gate at the Brooks Field House.
Emory & Henry will also have stipulations in place for other sporting venues used for softball, baseball, soccer, and tennis in the coming weeks. The first home football game of the season will be Friday at 2 pm against Southern Virginia.
