Two Bodies Found In Two Days On Same Property…Toxicology Results Being Conducted To determine Cause Of Death

With no sign of trauma or injury that caused the deaths, Buchanan County investigators are still trying to piece together whether two bodies found over the weekend are connected. Investigators arrived at the eleven thousand block of Slate Creek Road and found 41 year old Isaac Ray Stiltner of Pilgrims Knob, Virginia deceased inside the residence. On Saturday, at approximately eleven am the body of 32 year old Tabitha Leann Hagerman also of Pilgrims Knob was found deceased in a creek on the same property. The deaths appear to be drug related and the Sheriff’s Office is awaiting further toxicology testing by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiners.
