Police: Missing Dandridge man discovered dead in shed, wife charged with murder

Police have arrested a Dandridge woman suspected of killing her missing husband.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has charged Julia Ann Pope-Bybee, 47, with first-degree murder after authorities discovered Rusty Bybee, 50, dead in a shed on the couple’s property on Breeze Point Lane.
Bybee is being held on a one million dollar bond in the Jefferson County Detention Center.
