Court: Buchanan County hospital worker admits to downloading child porn while on the job

Prosecutors said a Buchanan County hospital worker downloaded and sent child porn images of pre-teen females while on the job.

Testimony from Jordan Seth Gross, 21, of Whitewood, during a hearing in US District Court also revealed he has been involved with child pornography since he was 14.

Gross pleaded guilty Friday to porn distribution following a presentation of evidence that included an exchange between Gross and an undercover FBI agent in an online chatroom where Gross sent the officer explicit photos.

He is scheduled for sentencing on August 5th.
