Tennessee Lawmaker Wants Question Of Legalized Pot In Tennessee On 2022 Ballot
At least one Tennessee State lawmaker wants the public to function as a pubic opinion poll concerning legalization of marijuana in the Volunteer State. Rep. Bruce Griffey has introduced a bill that would do just that and possibly more. Griffey, says if passed the bill would require county election commissions to include three non binding questions related to pot legalization on the 2022 ballot. The three questions would function much like a public opinion poll, rather than any binding legal action. We have those questions posted on our Website.
PROPOSED TENNESSEE MARIJUANA BALLOT QUESTIONS:

2. Should Tennessee Deciminalize pot?
3. Should Tennessee legalize and regulate commercial
