Man Goes On Spending Spree After Stealing Debit Card…JC Police Make Arrest

A man in Johnson City has been arrested and charged with six counts of of fraudulent use of a debit card as well as several other charges. Police arrested 54 year old Marvin Bush after investigators determined Bush had stolen a debit card and used it on six different occasions in Johnson City. Bush was also charged with six counts of identity theft. Bush is being held on bond while he awaits a preliminary hearing on Thursday in Washington County General Sessions Court.
