Two Day Search, Including Dive Team Efforts, Turn Up No New Developments In Summer Wells Case
A two day search, including the use of a scuba dive team in the Beech Creek community of Hawkins County has concluded with no significant developments. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations covered about 350 acres of land during the two day search that resulted in a dive team that probed a pond near the missing five year old’s home that turned up nothing. The search began Tuesday on areas that were not easily accessed during the summer months. Wells has been missing now for more than five months.
