Boston man in jail after smacking, threatening girlfriend at gas station in Gray

Johnson City Police responded to a report of domestic assault on Wednesday night in Gray, which resulted in the arrest of a man from Boston. Kevin Boyette was charged with aggravated assault after he smacked his girlfriend in the face and threatened her with a knife.

This happened in a parking lot at the BP gas station on Bobby Hicks Highway, where the victim called 911. Boyette was located by police a short distance away from the scene and arrested.
