Kingsport Public Library installing new StoryWalk feature at Ridgefields Park

The Kingsport Public Library says a new StoryWalk will be installed in Ridgefields Park. This program brings children’s picture books to the community with an exciting twist– families can read the book page-by-page while walking through the park, and then solve questions or do activities based on the story.

This is the first StoryWalk featured at Ridgefields Park, and the third in Kingsport altogether. The Ridgefields Park Story Walk is expected to be ready for the public by February 25th. Two other stories can be found at Glen Bruce Park and Preston Forest Park. More information at kingsportlibrary.org
