Tennessee Department of Transportation hosting rapid hiring event in Kingsport on Feb. 17

The Tennessee Department of Transportation is hosting a rapid hiring event in Kingsport on February 17th. Organizers say TDOT is looking for operations technicians to work in Carter, Greene, Hawkins, Sullivan, and Washington Counties.

TDOT says operation technicians perform a variety of duties including bridge and roadway inspections, conducting road maintenance, and assisting with snow and ice removal during winter months. This hiring event happens at Meadowview in Kingsport on February 17th from 7:30 AM to 6 PM. More info here.
