Abingdon couple plead guilty to using realty business for wire fraud
A husband and wife realtor team from Abingdon, Virginia has pleaded guilty to federal wire fraud charges.
Prosecutors said Jessee and Natasha DeLoach filed 19 bogus residential sales contracts in order to receive advance sales commissions through their Koltown Properties realty business.
The couple agreed to pay more than $146,000 in restitution and could receive up to 20 years in prison at their sentencing in U.S. District Court.
