Fatal, Carter County, Shooting Victim Identified

43 year old Jeremy Edward Cross is identified as the victim of a shooting early this past Saturday morning, according to Carter County Sheriff’s authorities. The department says Cross was fatally shot on Hillside Drive in the Sinking Creek Community. Investigators say Cross exchanged gunfire with another person. Meanwhile, those investigators continue searching for 25 year old Austin Brady and 40 year old Kenneth Dayton, both are wanted for questioning in connection to the slaying.
