Bristol Virginia police issue missing person alert for 16-year-old

Bristol, Virginia police are asking for the public’s help in locating a teenager last seen by her family on Sunday evening around 7 p.m.

Rachel Joyner, 16, was described as a white female standing 5 feet 2 inches tall weighing 115 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.
