Woman sent to prison for 11 years for selling meth to undercover Elizabethton officer
A woman who sold meth to an undercover police officer has pleaded guilty in Carter County Circuit Court.
According to a report from the 1st District Attorney’s Office, 41-year-old Amanda Starr Buck received an 11-year prison sentence.
The statement said the deal took place in 2019 when the undercover cop from Elizabethton met up with Buck off of Interstate 26 and was then transported to a South Roan Street trailer park where a quarter ounce of meth was exchanged.
