Rescue Squad Asks Court To Halt Donations To Reward Fund For Summer Wells

The Church Hill Rescue Squad is asking a court to halt donations to a reward seeking the whereabouts of missing Summer Wells and will surrender the reward they started to a court. The amount of money in question totals just over 40 thousand dollars. The rescue squad also asks the court to act as an interpleader to bring all parties connected to the reward money to a courtroom hearing.
