Cha-ching: Bristol Casino collects $37 million in first nine days
Data released by the Virginia Lottery’s Gaming Compliance division says the Bristol Casino: Future Home of Hard Rock collected $37 million in wagers in its first nine days of operation.
The report said guests spent $34 million at the casino’s slot machines while workers at table games collected $2.9 million. The winner’s take was more than $33 million.
The agency noted Bristol’s adjusted gross revenue from those operating days was $3.7 million. Earnings collected during two days of a soft opening were donated to charity.
