Allegiant cancels Thursday flights out of Tri Cities Airport as Ian approaches
The impacts of Hurricane Ian are beginning to impact air travel across the U.S., including Allegiant Airlines’ announcement on Tuesday canceling all flights that originate from Tri Cities Airport in Blountville.
Currently, the block of Allegiant flights grounded by the company’s safety measures affects Thursday’s schedule. No other Allegiant schedules have been announced.
The airport advises passengers to call Allegiant for scheduling and refund purposes.
