Christian School Places Highest Bid For Colonial Heights Middle, Awaits Approval Of Board

A Christian school organization wants to buy the former Colonial Heights Middle School in Sullivan County and appears to have placed the high bid in a recent auction. Lakeway Christian Schools, owners of Tri Cities Christian School bid just over two million dollars placing the highest bid by 25 thousand dollars which was made by Kingsport City Schools. A final decision on accepting the high bid will be made by the Sullivan County Board of Education.
