Suspects “Packaged Body” Then Dispose Of It In Lake, According To Affidavit

More details are emerging following the arrests of two people charged in connection to the death of a 45 year old Kingsport man. Brian Morrison’s body was discovered by a fisherman at Observation Knob in Bristol last Thursday. According to affidavits, 45 year old Wanda Ward supplied Morrison with Heroin. He later died in a Bristol Hotel. Ward and James Duncan III, the other suspect are charged with taking Morrison’s body and packaging it, then taking the body and placing it in the lake. Ward is charged with second degree murder, while Duncan is charged with abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
