UPDATE: FOUND SAFE; Silver Alert Issued For Missing Johnson City Man

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations issues a Silver Alert Thursday morning for a 70 year old Johnson City man. The TBI says, 70 year old Ernest Cooper lives with a medical condition that could impair his ability to return home safely. Police think Cooper is driving a 2016 Silver Subaru Outback with the Tennessee tag Y30-52A. Anyone with information on Mr. Cooper’s whereabouts is asked to contact the TBI.
