Johnson City police release image of Monday’s bank robbery suspect
City and federal officials continue to investigate a late morning bank robbery at a Johnson City financial center.
A report from police said the suspect entered Truist Bank on 1806 West Market Street just before 11:30 a.m. and demanded cash.
The white male suspect then exited the building after receiving an undetermined amount of money from an employee.
Surveillance photos show the man was wearing a winter cap, a Nike hooded sweatshirt, sweat pants, and wearing black sneakers.
