Phone outages affecting portion of Bristol, Tennessee public offices
The City of Bristol Tennessee is currently experiencing technical issues that are impacting its telephone system. The outage is not impacting calls to the Bristol Tennessee Police Department, Bristol Tennessee Fire Department or the city’s Water Plant.
However, the outage is impacting phones into City Hall, Slater Community Center, the Ewell Easley Municipal Annex, City Garage, Office of Community Relations, and Steele Creek Park. Technicians are working to correct the issue and updates will be shared periodically.

– For concerns regarding utility (water, sewer, garbage) accounts, including accounts currently on cutoff, please email customerservice@bristoltn.org with your account number and/or service address.
– For property tax questions, please email propertytax@bristoltn.org with your receipt number and/or property address.
– For municipal court (city-issued citations), please email mcourt@bristoltn.org with your citation number and/or name.
– For all other immediate needs, please email communityrelations@bristoltn.org and staff will direct your message to the appropriate city department.
