Hooch on Highridge: Washington County officers make arrest after moonshine discovery
A Washington County, Tennessee, man confessed to operating a moonshine still on his property on Highridge Road in Johnson City.
The report said Jeremy Stines, 36, had a bootleg operation in a barn and gave consent to officers to search. Investigators seized more than 80 quarts of hooch and Stines still.
He is charged with two Class A misdemeanors: the manufacture of alcohol and unlawful storage.
