BREAKING: School bus driver dead after crash in Hawkins County

One person is dead after a crash involving a school bus on Highway 70 in Hawkins County on Monday. The Tennessee Highway Patrol reports that a 2005 Chevy Silverado was traveling south on Highway 70 North around 7:30 a.m. when it traveled into the northbound lane and hit a school bus near Willow Road. The driver of the school bus, 29 year old Aleita Gladson of Rogersville has died as a result of the crash. The two juveniles on the bus were uninjured. The driver of the pick-up truck was injured and police say charges are pending.
