Tri-Cities Airport and Eastman Chemical Co team up to recycle

Tri-Cities Airport and Eastman Chemical Company are teaming up to promote recycling. As part of a new initiative, the airport will place plastic recycling receptacles throughout the facility. The collected plastic waste will go to Eastman’s new plastics recycling facility in Kingsport. Eastman has also partnered with Food City, which has placed recycling bins at some of its grocery stores locations.
