TDOT: Another oversized load headed to Eastman Wednesday

Another oversized load will be moving through the region on Wednesday in route to Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport. The Tennessee Department of Transportation says that the load will travel from Knoxville to Kingsport beginning at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday. Rolling roadblocks will be in place on I-40 East at Strawberry Plains, I-81 North at Mosheim, and I-81 North at the Fort Henry Drive exit. TDOT says the transport is expected to arrive at it’s destination by 2 p.m.
