Tractor Trailer falls off bridge onto convertible in Johnson City

A scary crash Sunday morning in Johnson City, when a tractor-trailer fell off an interstate overpass onto a convertible. No life-threatening injuries were reported. Johnson City Police say the crash began on I-26 westbound near mile marker 22 when a tractor-trailer left the roadway on a bridge overpass and fell onto East Fairview Avenue below, landing on a Mustang convertible. Occupants of both vehicles were transported to a hospital with non life threatening injuries.
