WCSO TN: Man arrested for aggravated burglary

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 56 year old Danny Dwayne Davis of Johnson City, and charged him with Aggravated Burglary on Nov. 14. Deputies responded to a call on Cedar Valley Boulevard shortly before 4 a.m. the victim told deputies she was asleep when she heard someone cough at the end of her bed. and realized it was a stranger. She screamed and alerted two other family members who then chased the suspect out of the home. Davis left behind a back pack containing mail addressed to him. Police located him at his residence and placed him in custody. Davis claimed he went to the house to visit his fiancé, whose last name and address he did not know because they had recently met. The victims positively identified Davis. Davis being held without bond and his first court appearance will be Nov. 15.
