Former Student Who Threatened To Shoot Up Dobyns – Bennett Bound Over

A 19 year old Kingsport man accused of threatening to shoot up Dobyns-Bennett High School will now have his case heard by a Sullivan County Grand Jury. 19 year old Mark Puckett, was arrested after investigators say the found alarming text messages against the high school and threats to kill his own family. The former Dobyns -_Bennett High School graduate is charged with felony false reporting and harassment. Puckett is due in court again on April 20.
