Washington County Tennessee School Officials Looking For Source Of Lead Contamination

With just a couple of weeks to go before the start of school in Washington County Tennessee, school officials are scrambling to find out where lead contaminated water is coming from at Jonesborough Middle School. Recent tests revealed one source of water at the school was above allowable limits. The contaminated water source was discovered in the cafeteria area and removed from service as repairs are being made. In the mean time, further testing is taking place to determine where the contaminated water is flowing.
