Greeneville Police: Man Allegedly Set Fires to Structure/Property
A Greeneville man is facing several charges including arson and felony vandalism counts after police say he set fire to several structures.
Greeneville Police say they were called to the area near Marshall Lane and West Main Street to put out numerous fires that engulfed both structures and personal property. While in the area, they discovered a man with items that may have been used to start the fires. An investigation into the cause of the fires led to the arrest of Brandon Griffin, 27.
Griffin is being held in the Greene County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond, and was scheduled to appear in court this morning.
