Sullivan Commissioners Looking At Ways To Ease Jail Overcrowding

Sullivan County Commissioners will consider a resolution Thursday evening that directs criminal justice system officials to develop a plan of action, within sixty days, that will reduce in the short term a severely overcrowded Sullivan County Jail .Commissioners are meeting Thursday evening at six and will also consider another resolution to authorize a construction management advisor to oversee the Sullivan County jail project.
