Police: Greeneville man had illicit photos of children on cell phone

A Greeneville, Tennessee man is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Sessions Court after investigators find illicit photos of juveniles on his cell phone.

David Allen Monroe, 60, is charged with 16 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a report from Greene County Sheriff Wesley Holt. Monroe was issued a $160,000 bond.
