TDOT hosting public meeting on Interstate 26 corridor study in January
A public meeting is scheduled for January in Kingsport regarding potential improvements to the Interstate 26 corridor.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation has launched a multi corridor study to find ways to improve safety, manage congestion, maximize potential for freight diversion, and enhance economic benefits within each studied corridor. TDOT encourages anyone that attends to provide input on transportation concerns and needs in regards to the I-26 corridor.
The meeting is scheduled for January 7th from 5:00-6:00 p.m at the V.O Dobbins Complex/Eastman Foundation Conference Room.
