Absentee voting for 2020 Democratic presidential primary beginning in Virginia
Absentee voting begins in the coming days for the 2020 Democratic presidential primary in Virginia.
The Department of Elections says those who fall under the guidelines to fill out an absentee ballot can do so at their local registrar’s office or can request one by mail before February 25. The absentee voting deadline is February 29. Virginia Republicans plan to choose their candidate at their state convention so those names will not appear on the ballot. The last day to register to vote for the March election is February 10.
