Officials hoping to find out more info about suspected vandalism at field in Pennington Gap

Authorities in Lee County are seeking your helping for more information about suspected vandalism at Leeman Field in Pennington Gap, Virginia.

The town Facebook page issued a post Sunday afternoon asking the public to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity around the field. “The town and the citizens take great pride in the park, and we need all the help we can to keep people from destroying it,” the post said.

If you have information regarding vandalism at Leeman Field or see any unusual activity, please call the Lee County Sheriff’s Office at 276-346-7777.
