Humberto Paulino Gomez to appear in court today after arrested for battery

The man wanted for the severe beating of his wife and another man has been arrested. Authorities were called to a home on Splatter Creek Road in Limestone Saturday night. Deputies discovered Humberto Paulino Gomez’s wife, Beatrice Flores, unconscious outside of the home…they also found another man who had been beaten. Greene County investigators located Gomez in Anson County, North Carolina Monday night. Gomez is scheduled for court today in Greene County. Flores remains in the hospital on life support.
