Traditional Parts Of School Day Will Look Much Different… Due To COVID-19
If Sullivan County Schools, including Kingpsort and Bristol return to classes next month with minimal to moderate community spread of COVID-19 two areas of a traditional school day will look much different. Students will more than likely eat their school supplied lunch in their classrooms with disposable utensils to reduce the spread of COVID-19. And transportation to and from school will require bus drivers to utilize assigned seating and students’ temperatures will be checked by school personnel. Unloading of students will be staggered to minimize mixing of students as they enter school. And every bus will be wiped down with either an EPA approved disinfectant or diluted bleach solution after every ride.
