New theater to open in Bristol, VA, will open in the former Tinseltown location

A new movie theater is coming to Bristol, VA and will occupy the building of the former Tinseltown location.

Legacy Theaters announced via Facebook that they would be opening soon, adding a second location to their theater in Staunton, VA.

Officials with Cinemark Tinseltown announced their permanent closure back in May following a temporary closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A formal opening announcement date has not been made.
