Mountain Home V.A reports seventh COVID-19 death, active cases also on the rise

The Mountain Home V.A Healthcare system is reporting its seventh death from COVID-19.

The latest update from the department of veterans affairs coronavirus dashboard shows 76 active cases within Mountain Home, 64 of those are veterans and 12 are employees. That is an increase of eight from Friday. The system is also reporting 119 COVID-19 recoveries, with 106 being veterans, 11 employees, and two veteran-employees.

The numbers reflect all Mountain Home in-system clinics including the Johnson City location.
