UPDATE: PreK-8 Greene County students to attend classes in-person five days a week starting Monday

PreK-8th grade students in the Greene County School system who chose the in-person learning option will return to the classroom five days a week starting Sept. 28.

Director of Schools David McLain announced that change Friday morning, while three of the four high schools in the district will remain on a two day in-person hybrid schedule starting Monday, with students either going Monday-Tuesday or Thursday-Friday because of inability to social distance in the classroom.

The lone exception will be North Greene High School, who will have all students attend in-person four days a week, while Wednesday will be a remote learning day for all high school students.
