City Hall in Johnson City set to fully reopen Oct. 5
Johnson City’s City Hall is set to completely reopen to residents.
Beginning Oct. 5, the finance and development services lobbies of the municipal and safety building will reopen for conducting business, as health and safety protocols like mask wearing, social distancing, and temperature screenings will be in effect.
For those who wants to make payments on property taxes and utility bills remotely, an online or telephone option is available. More information about online payments can be found by clicking here. Additionally, utility bill payments can be made by phone by calling 877-768-5046, and property tax payments can be made by calling 877-768-5048. Portions of city hall have remained closed for several months because of COVID-19.
City officials also say the temporary drive-thru service in Gray will permanently close on Friday, Oct. 2.
