Sullivan And Washington Counties Extend Face Mask Mandate Through October
Sullivan County, which is one of six counties across the state with its own County run health department is extending the face mask mandate. Mayor Richard Venable made the announcement on Tuesday afternoon following Governor Bill Lee’s decision to continue the use of face masks and also announced the lifting of business restrictions. Cloth masks should not be work by children under two or those who have difficulty breathing. The mask mandate continues through the month of October. Washington County Tennessee also announced Tuesday they are extending the face mask order through October.
