GCS: Students returning to five days in-person learning Oct. 26
Students in the Greeneville City Schools system who opted into in-person learning will soon be attending classes five days a week in-person again.
An announcement from the district Wednesday said all grade students, who are currently attending on an A/B hybrid schedule, will transition to full in-person classes beginning Monday Oct. 26. When the new schedule starts, all grades will dismiss early on Wednesdays for time to deep clean and sanitize.
Middle and high school students will dismiss at 12:30, while elementary students will dismiss at 1:00 p.m.
After school programs will be available to those in need.
